A 15,000 BTU burner with Dual Flame burners provides quick heat-up for rapid boiling and reduces to a 520 BTU simmer setting for heating delicate sauces. The dual ring design provides greater heating precision for a variety of pan sizes. Standard single ring burners reach 16,000 BTUs for even more powerful heating capabilities. Continuous cast iron grates provide durability and make it easy to move cookware from one burner to another.   Features Cooktop Six sealed gas burners provide the versatility serious cooks demand. Two Dual Flame™ burners deliver 15,000 BTUs for pan-searing, yet reduce to 520 BTUs for heating delicate sauces. Flame-Sensing™ re-ignition automatically re-ignites flame if accidentally blown out. Continuous porcelain-on-cast iron burner grates make it easy to move cookware from one burner to another. Fixed stainless steel griddle with cover is ideal for French toast, sandwiches and more. Infinite surface control settings provide pinpoint temperature control for gourmet cooks. Porcelain-on-cast iron wok ring included. Oven 5.3 cu. ft. convection oven offers Convect Bake and Convect Broil options for superb results. Secondary 2.2 cu. ft. bake oven with window and light provides extra space to cook for a crowd. Conventional bake, roast and broil capabilities provide maximum cooking versatility. Large window and two oven lights make it easy to check on items inside, without having to open the door.
