Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Love it!

TimJohn 8/19/2026

Had this unit (or virtually identical predecessor) in our prior home for nine years, and it ran flawlessly, so I'm in for adding it to the scullery in our new home. Every manufacturer has defective units, some due to workmanship, others due to faulty components; sorry to hear others seemed to get those when we got the the good ones as they were intended to be

Fake Offer and Poor Customer Service

RescuePups 5/29/2026

We bought this combo a few months ago and it included an offer for a free microwave crisper. The model number that™€™s free is ™€œtemporarily™€ out of stock. From the reviews, I guess it™€™s conveniently been out of stock for a very long time. However, there is an identical crisper on the KitchenAid website that™€™s a different model number. But the offer isn™€™t good for that one. I called customer service and was transferred to three departments with no one willing to help. After an hour of runaround I had to hang up. POOR and non existent customer service.

Great combo !

Stahim 4/30/2026

We purchased Kitchenaid for our new home because the last set we had was great and lasted a long time. Nice to have an upgraded set! Disappointed it didn™€™t come with a broiler pan. The convention option in microwave is great! Love the air fryer option in oven!

Review of KitchenAid® 30" Combination oven microwa

Bbrugs 3/2/2026

Works good but is not has hot has hot has previous oven. It is still new and learning how to adjust to its mode of operation will make it great. Submitted form for crisper that would be used in microwave and have not received response. Easy to clean but option of French door on oven, shorten preheating time, ability to increase volume on alerts, owners manual on product -not one shared with multiple models, provide listing of components (crisper, air fryer, etc.)would improve product.

Pricey but we wanted our appliances to match

NorCal Dude 1/29/2026

I could not understand how adding a microwave to an oven causes the price to go up significantly more than the two items separately. We were doing a remodel and replacing this same setup (oven on bottom - microwave on top). Did not have a lot of other options but microwaves that go over stove/oven plus the cost of the oven were a fraction of the price of a combined unit. Our old combo had a door that hinged on the side which was more convenient because you did not have to reach over the door to put things in the microwave. A minor inconvenience but something to consider if you are replacing a unit with that setup. Would prefer this unit be about six inches lower but the crew installed it so the top was where the previous oven was instead of the bottom matching.

Nice oven

31derful 1/27/2026

We replaced our 15-year old 27" Kitchenaid oven/microwave combo with this 30" for a kitchen remodel. We love having the extra width in the oven, but the microwave cavity is no larger than the 27" model has. We miss the "Roast" feature that has been removed. An "Air Fry" feature has been added, and we have been disappointed in how long it took food to get done. Our older model had separate displays for main oven and microwave. This one crams everything into one display, and it looks busy and is confusing. The arrangement of the digits for temperature and time entry has the zero off to the side, which is awkward. We both have had the oven turn off when we were starting the timer. The oven light is plenty bright, but it is harder to see through the microwave window. Having the ability to turn off the microwave turntable rotation is a nice feature. The convection baking in the microwave performs well. The exterior cleans up easily. Overall, both the oven and microwave have performed well. Our main complaint is the display.

Kurtkl 12/24/2025

After two months of use, the wall oven and microwave are working as expected. Not sure that would deserve a 5 star rating, unless I had low expectations for it to work. I was disappointed the previous model did not last over 8 years.

Great Oven /microwave replacement

Mike 77 12/24/2025

This unit was installed 3 weeks ago and we couldn't be more thrilled. Seems to do everything better than the whirlpool unit it replaced. Much quieter, faster microwave cooking and just generally looks better. The negatives: no written instructions anywhere on how to use the microwave features. We had to Google how to use each setting and fortunately there were videos. A microwave crisper pan was promised when we registered the unit and the item was out of stock. We are still waiting

Drsandra 12/23/2025

The features on the oven are limited. When the microwave has been on for a few minutes it stops working and we need to wait for an hour or so before it will work again. The microwave is noisy and it seems the turntable is not working properly. I have sent a message to warranty with no response. I would never buy this unit again.

Doesn't Pop Popcorn

Never Again# 12/5/2025

The microwave won't pop popcorn in under 10 minutes and then only 50% yield. Other online purchasers note the same complaint. My old KitchenAid worked fine, but not this new unit. Fresh popcorn, full power, etc., doesn't matter. Boils water fine (1 cup in less than 3 minutes). Too late found out neighbor's unit does same thing even after Service call. For a premium price, I expected at least average performance. Sadder but wiser.

Cannot use both oven at same time

Yogi33 11/28/2025

This is an Upper OR Lower oven; not Upper AND Lower oven. The upper oven (in oven mode, not microwave mode) turns off while using the lower oven. It is a design fault, both work for a short time, then the upper oven system shuts down. This fault is well documented on the internet. Do not count of using 2 ovens to cook your Thanksgiving meal.

Kenneth T 11/19/2025

I have been using my new unit for about a month now. The oven temperatures vary widely --- even as much as 35 -45 degrees within an hour!!! It's horrible. I couldn't even believe that was possible, but I have now purchased TWO oven thermometers and they confirmed it. KitchenAid Rep is due here next week to "recalibrate". As me again after that. Also this microwave takes almost twice as long as our previous "GE" microwave took. ....a full minute to reheat a cup of coffee vs. 30 seconds with our "GE Profile". Am seriously regretting this purchase.

Analisa 11/12/2025

I have had this oven for 2 weeks. I am trying to use all the features but there are no instructions. There is a manual online that explains very little about the workings of this oven. Would it be so difficult to include some detailed instructions? The microwave isn™€™t as powerful as the 20 year old model we retired but seems to work fine. There are many features on both ovens and I am muddling my way through to use the oven to its full potential.

I would probably rate this a 5 star if it came with an owners manual. I have had to struggle to learn to use the newer features. Also, the acessories that came with the oven had no instructions. Then there was this free gift that I was told to go to a website to have mailed to me. It was out of stock. Then I got an email that it was back in stock, I tried again, it is still out of stock. Really, just a few little thing are so important.

Poor Quality and Disappointing Service Experience

Kamal R 10/27/2025

I am extremely dissatisfied with the KitchenAid® 30" Combination Microwave Wall Oven with Air Fry Mode (Model #: KOEC530PPS). I purchased it only 6 months ago but have had several problems. Two months after purchasing, a screeching sound appeared from the microwave while the plate was rotating. After calling the service to investigate the issue, they ended up disassembling the microwave and replacing the original synchronous motor. To install the new motor, they cut the round plate from the bottom of the microwave. After a few weeks, the sound is appearing again. When the microwave was reassembled, the plate was not reattached. I have only 6 months left on my warranty and am unconfident about no more issues appearing. I would stay away from this model.

Learning a new appliance is always interesting.🤨

JudyG817 9/28/2025

This wall oven is beautiful. I have had problems getting instructions on the upper oven (microwave and convection/airfryer). There is a LOT of information on the microwave but it is very difficult to find info on the convection function. I finally restored to YouTube videos. I have not found any info on using the probe for the bottom oven. (Still don™€™t know if it will work on a pie that needs to be at least 165 degrees).

Ameefl 9/24/2025

It™€™s pretty. It After having it measured it apparently didn™€™t fit the space. We ended up ordering stainless steel adhesive strip to fill the top gap. It™€™s supposed to have a microwave crisper for the microwave ™€œCrisp™€ function but it doesn™€™t actually come with the oven. They make you jump through hoops to go online to redeem it but never actually give you the product after doing the steps. It™€™s also hard to contact someone about it. So it™€™s definitely irritation to spend so much on the product to not get all the pieces and then make communication difficult. I also feel that it has uneven heating

Love the slide out shelf.

rcjsflyer 9/22/2025

Replaced a 20+ year old microwave/oven wall unit. KitchenAid was a good replacement. Best feature is the slide out drawer shelf. The most frustrating is the poor lighting in the microwave. You can't see your food inside the microwave while it is cooking

Microwave has never worked correctly

KellyLV 9/21/2025

This microwave/wall oven was installed in July 2025 when we built our new home. The microwave has never worked properly and the oven door doesn't close tightly. We put in a warranty repair request. The repair team has been out twice to resolve the problems following KitchenAid's service troubleshooting processes, but the microwave portion still doesn't work properly. We are at the step of replacing the control panel and we are waiting another two weeks to see if that does the trick. I am ready for KitchenAid to completely replace this unit for us. I think we have a lemon. If anyone is reading this from KitchenAid and cares to make our experience a 5 star rating by replacing this lemon unit, our service ticket number is 7742299496

KitchenAid® 30" Combination Microwave Wall Ovens

L901 9/12/2025

I like the features but could use a manual or website to make the features user friendly!!! For example - Very frustrating tiring to figure out the convection mode. Is it adjusting the temperature, the time? The cook time is VERY off and the I have yet to find a source to answer questions. The website is all automated. The best of information is youtube!!!

Love the oven, but not the unfulfilled gift promis

DarlH 9/10/2025

Well, we love the oven/microwave combination wall oven, but are very disappointed when you promise a free $60 gift with it and that gift has not been available for over 2 months and we assume much longer, reading other reviews. Who promise a bonus gift with a purchase and then not have it available?
