I had owned a Bosch diswasher before and it worked like a champ. I decided to upgrade to the 800 series. It is everything I expected and more. Just like a new car, after familiarizing myself with the enhanced features, it has exceeded my expectations. Additional trays/racks for placing smaller utensils, adjustable height on the middle rack, adjustable tines for organizing dirty items are wonderful. And this unit is exceptionally quite...cannot tell it is running unless I looks for the red dot on the floor. And it's clean recessed door handle gives a touch of suttle beauty as it blends with my cabinetry. Truely an incredibly designed product inside and out.

The new model is even better than the previous one. We really enjoyed that one but the styling and features on the new one are really great. The dishes don't even need a pre rinse. Give this dishwasher your dirtiest dish and it will give them back sparkling clean. It has the upper 3rd rack and is so quiet you wont hear it run. It projects that red light on the floor so you know it's running. So since it's running get up at catch one for your kitchen.

We have had our new dishwasher for approximately two months and absolutely love it! We are a family of four and that enjoys cooking. We run our dishwasher at least once a day. We have had one dish that didn't come out sparkling and clean - most likely due to poor loading on our side. I absolutely love the third rack which we use primarily for large utensils and small dishes. The red light indicating that it is running is critical because it is so quiet that it's difficult to tell otherwise. My only small complaint is the start button which sometimes doesn't initially recognize our touch.

Very quiet and cleans well. Crystal dry works mostly, but need to make sure items don't have any surface to collect water it may come out with trapped water. Control buttons are a little finicky so need to be careful when setting.

This dishwasher cleans very well. It is very quiet. However at the one-year Mark I have to have a service repairman come out to already replace critical parts. I am surprised this dishwasher doesn't last longer. Also, this dishwasher gets periodic use only because it is in a second home.

I have had multiple brands of dishwashers. I have the 800 series which more than fulfills any need of cleaning for the average person. I have fun trying new settings and seeing the results which always satifies me. I really like the drying technology in this dishwasher since it does NOT use a heat element. My first Bosch dishwasher

Crystal dry work ms really well. When used with the drying agent there's almost no water remaining on cups or mugs. The dishwasher is very quiet. I can hear it running but it's not an intrusive noise. The interface is a little difficult to understand but I am getting used to it. My dishes are clean and there is no oily residue. I have heard plastic containers can melt but that never happened. The 3rd rack is really nice to have. Chop sticks and other small items come out clean. The adjustable racks are also nice for various loading configurations. I do find it hard to properly refill the rinse aid. I always over fill or under fill. It's hard to regulate how much is needed.

It is very quiet, I love the third level shelf in there. The only drawback is the buttons. I push the buttons and sometimes they dont seem to connect? Maybe I just need to read more directions. Also, you add the rinse aid, but there is no way to tell if it is empty or not? It cleans great, is very quiet, and can fit quite a bit of dishes, it also has moveable heights for the dish racks.

Beyond excellent!

This is our third Bosch dishwasher in many years. The other 2 are still running and working excellently. We purchased this new and improved model, and could not be more pleased. This one actually runs quiter than the others. We love the red light that projects upon the floor to let you know its running. It is so quiet you would have no other way to know. The dishes come out sparkling clean without rinsing them or running them a second time. We also love the top 3rd rack. We will always by Bosch for sure! Thank you for reading my review!@

The dishwasher cleans very well, but I wish there was a shorter cycle for small families with only two members or less. My second dishwasher had a short cycle of only 28 minutes and we used it frequently because we like to rinse the dishes before we ran it at the end of four days or more days. The unit is so quite, it is easy to know if it was turned on or not. I am glad that the dishwasher has a red light that shines on the floor to indicate that it is running.

Broke after 3 years

I bought this from Albert Lee in Bellevue, WA around November 2019. A few months ago, it was showing E15 "water trapped" and it wouldn't shut off. I couldn't get an authorized Bosch service technician to repair this until November. The cost to repair is ridiculous! $159 for diagnostic and $160 per hour to repair plus parts! This was an expensive dishwasher. I am so disappointed in this brand.

We have had our Bosch for 3 years and it has never done a great job on cleaning, buttons are in a really awkward spot, and to top it off it broke a month ago, had a tech come to fix it. $500 repair!! Wait close to 4 weeks for said part, part comes in and is apparently broke. Now we have to wait another 2 weeks...trash, save your money

I have had my dishwasher for a month now. I had to replace a four year old competitor unit. The Bosch 800 is a solid dishwasher. The door closers tightly and the control panel alerts you to turn it off when done. Great feature. It is super quiet. Glad for the indicator light that shines on the floor to let you know it's running! The utensil tray is great and the ability to lower the top shelf is very handy. My model also has the feature to dry the plastics. I highly recommend this unit.

I am totally thrilled with this dishwasher. It cleans like none of the others I have had many in my 51 years of married life. It is so quiet that the only ways I can tell it is on is if the red light is on and if I put my ears right up to the door of the machine. The drying system is superb--there is no water left on the dishes so when the cycle is over, the dishes are ready to be removed and put in their proper places. It took me 11 1/2 months to get this dishwasher, but I can honestly say it was worth the wait!

This dishwasher is SO quiet. No wonder they have the little red light on the floor when it's on. Otherwise you would literally have no clue the dishwasher is running. Even when standing directly in front of the unit, you can't tell it's running. Oh and the dishes come out sparkling clean! I haven't seen my silverware this shiny since it was brand new!

My new dishwasher is very quiet and does a good job of washing the dishes. However, there are a number of problems: -The door is heavy and difficult to open and close. -The trays are not well designed for bowls. -The trays do not slide in and out easily.

The quietest dishwasher

I love this machine! It is so quiet that I have to look at the floor to see if there is a red glow on it, which is lit when the machine is on. My dishes and glasses are large so I can't fit service for 12, including glasses and cups, in it at once. However, with a duper short cycle, I can do it all in a short time. The fishes do come out sparkling clean.

I love my new Bosch dishwasher. Although I waited 14 months after ordering, it was worth the wait, If mot for the glow of the red light, I would not even know it was running! Dishes come out clean every time.
