I have never had a dishwasher before. When it came in the plumber came to install. He said he never leaves an install til it runs a cycle and all is well. We followed the manuel instructions and nothing was happening. He had me get the Bosch people on the phone. The very kind lady said " Is there a red light shining on the floor?" We told her yes. She said "it's running, lady you have bought a Bosch, you can't hear it running! She was right! Had us place our ears flat to the counter top and we could then hear the water! Love it!! Nothing like feeling like a couple of fools! 🤣

This one is so much quieter and better cleaning than our old dishwasher, as people have said it doesn't heat dry, so the plastic does stay wet, but I really don't mind.

We're pleasantly surprised with our new Bosch 18" dishwasher. Everyone told us that an 18" would be too small, but it holds more than enough for 2 people. It's also amazingly quiet. Without the red light that shows it is running, we wouldn't know it's on.

I wish it would have come with all the parts to install it. According to the manual, the part M, (side mount force distributor), and N, (Mounting bracket screws), are optional. My installer says he needs these parts. There is no part number in the manual. I tried calling for support but the lady didn't know what I was talking about and couldn't understand. I tried going to Bosch online and that doesn't seem to be one of the available parts. This is frustrating!

I am very impressed with how efficient it is, how much space it has and how many settings it has for how small it is. This is a real piece of ingenuity and craftsmanship. It's more expensive than other dishwashers we've looked for but I didn't want to have any problems. And I haven't been disappointed.

I've heard from numerous people I've spoke to that have had experience with Bosch dishwashers, let me just say it's everything people hyped it up to be and more.
Build quality is great, it is in fact VERY quiet as it advertises and there are some pretty good "quality of life" features that were added to the product.
Has NO issues getting stuff clean, and to anyone looking to buy, make sure you read the product manual and recommendations, specifically related to recommendations on drying, it seems a lot of people are not content with not being able to pull items out and they be totally dry, this unit does NOT have a built in heating element (which causes it to be more energy efficient) and use of Jet Dry and a couple of extra settings does a good job but still here and there you may need to dry a few things off by hand

The dishwasher and I had a rough start - it wouldn't respond from using the buttons and it was a challenge getting it connected to Wi-Fi, but once I did I ran it from the app and now the buttons work... Anyway, it does clean pretty well and although I'm still learning how to fit things in nicely (and safely), it seems to hold a lot for a small dishwasher - it truly is whisper quiet

Very happy with our Bosch 800 dishwasher. Needed a small appliance for our small kitchen and just two people; this fit the bill. I had thought the very top rack for flatware appeared "fussy", but I have adjusted and really appreciate that feature. Wish I could've afforded Bosch for all our appliances, just didn't happen.

There are so many great features on this dishwasher! I love how easily you can change racks and positions to fit various sized items. It's pretty intuitive with the different modes and options available, and best of all, it's really quiet. Not one complaint on this appliance, which I've had for about a month now. One more thing to note, the special coating Bosch uses on their stainless steel is amazing and easily wipes off fingerprints with just water. No toxic stainless steel cleaner needed!

I downsized to the 800 Series Dishwasher in my newly designed kitchen. I was worried the 'apartment size' would be too small. But was I wrong! the three racks are genius. Capturing the very top space in a third rack for utensils, measuring cups and the like, really extends the capacity. The clever design allows me to load lots of dishes, including everything from my recent dinner for eight. And all came out sparkling clean. Love it!

We bought a house with a smaller kitchen that did not have a dishwasher. We removed an 18" cabinet and installed this dishwasher. LOVE IT!!! Except, it doesn't dry the dishes, at all! Once we get the notification that the cycle is complete, we prop the door open with a towel and the dishes dry so much better. I've read that some models pop the door open automatically, but sadly, this model is not one of them.

I had done a lot of research and had decided that of all the compact dishwashers, the Bosch seemed to be the best. It has the best features, it had the best reviews from actual customers, and it was the most asthetically pleasing. Having had my Bosch compact dishwasher for several months now, I can truly say that this is the best one out there. I have not been disappointed one bit. I knew it was supposed to be quiet when it operates, but I was not prepared for how quiet it is. The options for different cycles and for reconfiguring the interior are truly amazing. I would buy it again and recommend Bosch appliances to anyone in the market.

Replaced a dishwasher that gave us numerous problems. This one has been a great upgrade. All our dishes come out unbelievably clean including pots and pans which I rarely tried before. When it runs you never hear more than a soft rain outside. You can have phone calls right next to it which was impossible before. The biggest issue we have found is learning to fill it properly. There is no great place to put tall glasses. Other than that we have been amazed at how shiny and clean our old dishes and silverware look after each wash, which is why I'll give it five stars.

I am a kitchen designer who cooks with a long history of owning and renovating homes, advising customers on design and selling appliances. This is by far the best dishwasher available. The third rack for cutlery along with all the additional adjustability enables maximum capacity. The smart features are more useful than I expected. The household is thrilled how quiet this appliance is. I had to retrain everyone to stop pre rinsing. Every load we have run in the past month has come out sparkling clean.

Happy with my new Bosch dishwasher. Needed an adapter to connect the water intake hose to the water pipe, which the installer could not do because he wasn't a licensed plumber. Customer service reps could not tell me the meaning of the message "SAn" or "5An", which appeared at the end of a normal cycle with the additional drying option, when I expected to see 0h:00m. Figured it was related to the additional drying option so stopped using that. Don't need the extra drying and very happy overall with the performance.

The top rack for silverware is the greatest innovation in dishwashers. I can't believe I had a dishwasher in the same size before because I used to run it twice a day, and now I can wait 2-3 days before running this one. The way this dishwasher makes use of the space somehow makes it seem like magic. This is the best dishwasher for small kitchens
