Cannot Use it

Stovetop 40 inch 11/8/2024

After over month finally got stovetop installed after 4 tries. LG was no help on the phone. They just kept making excuses and would not let me talk to supervisor. Finally got installed and have gas leak. Lg came out but would not fix it. Service tech was JA. Install company came out on 2nd try. Thought it was fixed. Still leaking. LG is not supporting us now saying it is our install company. Had to tell them it was their install company. Still trying to get this figured out.

Per the QA: A: This cooktop with front controls includes white illuminated knobs for precise temperature control. ~Tanisha This isnt true and I wouldnt have bought the thing if I knew it wasnt true. The knobs are also plastic.

Great Cooktop for Big Cookers

The cooktop has been wonderful. It is a great size with 5 burners that fit all of our cooking needs with enough space for multiple items on the cooktop at once. Looks stylish and fits in with the kitchen aesthetics . The delivery was delayed multiple times due to weather and availability of drivers but that was via RXO. RXO was helpful in rescheduling but kept delaying delivery.
