I bought this fridge back in march only to keep hearing a loud noise thats not normal and the fridge has went completely out. Customer service is horrible and they will lie to you about somebody fixing your appliance . I have been very patient and respectful but blood is already expensive and so is eating out . Lg has not made this a priority and I will never buy another product again. Please keep a warrenty or get a cheaper product with another brand . This company is a home run me my money back or replace me with a new refridegetor.

Very happy with the purchase. Would have given 4.5 stars but not an option. I live in an older home and my floor slopes toward the wall. Even with the front adjusters all the way down I couldnt level. I had to add a 1/2in piece of wood to the back to level it. Need some adjusters on the back. Other than that its great. Plenty of shelf space and stainless cleans up easily.

I purchased this fridge almost a Month ago. I shouldve done more research. It had to be delivered several times because the first two had defects. By my third delivery I was just ready to give up. It was the best looking one over all. Unfortunately the back inside panel on the fridge side is starting to lift just like the first one. I cant mentally deal with having another round of fridges delivered so Ive settled with a cross of the fingers in hopes it doesnt get worse.

They contacted LG and service tech thru LG was sent out without new door only took pictures. I have contacted LG 4 times each time getting new case number have not heard back in 2 1/2 weeks. The store I have purchased from is trying to resolve will see but not expecting much. Customer service I would rate as very poor.

Stopped cooling after 6 months. Was fixed under warranty but took them over a week to come out. My food obviously spoiled but they denied my claim for reimbursement because no parts were changed? Now it has broken down for a second time a week later with no estimated date of repair because theyre working on ordering parts. Asked again for some form of food reimbursement and was told I would have to wait for it to be repaired to see if they would approve my claim. They said even after the repair nothing was guaranteed since that was a courtesy. Asked for some sort of document outlining their warranty and their customer service representative literally text me the meaning of courtesy. After 2 hours of back and forth the representative hung up on me. I couldnt believe it. I will never buy another LG product again.

Does its job well so far. The drawer handles are at the bottom of the drawers which means youre almost touching the ground to open the bottom one. Ive maker does not dispense out if the door. Getting ice from the bucket at the top of the freezer is difficult for my kids to reach. Otherwise satisfied

I got this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and it is wonderful. This is my second time purchasing this model which went to my rental property after being so happy the first time with the one in our home. I cant express how happy we are with the layout and amount of space because we can see what we have and not waste food because it was behind something and forgotten. Having filtered water and ice is such a help with not having to use a bunch of freezer space or buy ice. The only drawback was the two-week delay which was really hard to handle for my renters who already had to wait a while for the initial delivery. In the end I believe the wait was worth it but it would have been nice to have a more realistic timeframe from the time of order.

My refrigerators compressor went out less than a year after purchase. LG covered the cost to replace the compressor but not the labor. That was about $500 out of pocket. And my home warranty wont reimburse me because after multiple calls LG wont send me an itemized receipt for the labor that I can submit to my home warranty. They only send me a flat rate fee receipt that my home warranty wont accept because its not itemized per part installed. My refrigerator is actually working again for now. Thats why I rated it 2 stars instead of one. Buyer beware.

I purchased an LG refrigerator about two months ago on LG.com. It was delivered about a week later. However both the freezer and the refrigerator sides failed to generate any cold air. We tried different settings from the control panel unplugging and replunging in. Nothing worked. It was dead on arrival We then initiated a return. It was picked up by LGs delivery company after three days. Now it has been more than three weeks and LG has not issued a refund. I have called LG twice and was told both times that refund will be issued after the unit was shipped back to LGs warehouse by LGs shipping company. Really? Why should the customer have to wait for that? We returned it when it was picked up from our house by LGs shipping company. We should not have to wait for LGs internal process after that What if it never reaches LGs warehouse? I called again today and wanted to talk to a supervisor. The representative said all supervisors were busy and one would call me back by 8 pm. Now its after 9 pm and no one has called me.

We received our new refrigertor Feb.1 and have had problems with it not cooling well and food spoiling. When I called to report this problem a time was set up for a technician to come. He was very pleasant and diagnosed the problem. He returned the next week and replaced some parts. The refrigerator seems to be cooling better now. We are pleased with your response to our problem.

I had it for a total of two days then it stopped working. Lowes said they only have a 48 hr return policy. Called the warranty. Waited 4 days for a tech to come out and see what was wrong with it. He said it was a circuit broad that went out. He said he will order a part. He didnt know how long it would take to get one. I bought this refrigerator on May 15th and I am still living in my own house as if I am camping with an ice cooler. I have called LG 3 times to check on the part and they keep saying someone will call me back. Nothing no call back to reassure me that this part is coming or how long I would have to wait. I have had to buy food ever to make my meals. Lost an entire freezer or fridge full of food and now this. It is June 3rd and I still have no call. I am not at all happy with LG.

We bought our LG refrigerator back in December from Sams Club. The unit was delivered broken by a third party delivery company. I was in contact with Sams about replacing the unit but after 3 months of back and forth Sams decided that it was officially an LG issue because the issue was out of date for them. LG does not have anyway to speak to a representative to help with any issue. The recorded system just takes you in circles forever so that they do not have to help resolve the issue either. So here I sit with a broken refrigerator and no one willing to resolve the issue. Both LG and Sams get a 1 star.

I bought my refrigerator back in December from Sams Club. It was delivered with a broken water intake valve. Ive been in contact with Sams Club over the matter yet now they are stating it is an LG issue. Called LG 12x at this point but there is literally now way to get ahold of a real person to figure out the issue. LG does make good products. Overall the refrigerator would be great if we could use it to its fully function. Costumer service is non-existent as to the 1 star rating.

It has been nearly a month since we bought this LG Side by Side. Holds more than my previous French door model. so far it has really conserved our fruit and vegetables. our plant-based milk is icy cold. The freezer ice maker and external water all work very well. the best part was we got a great price on it at Home Depot over the Christmas sales. Installers were great The drawers are all very strong as are the shelves on the door.
