This dishwasher seemed like a potentially good purchase right up until it wasn't. It had a part break within 4 months that threw out a code and was determined could not be repaired. We are waiting on a refund and the process to get to this point has been beyond painful. The most important part of any product is the support it receives, and because of that, it is not possible to rate the product higher than 1 star.

We purchased this dishwasher about a month ago and love the way it cleans our dishes. Everything comes our clean as a whistle but if you are looking to put them away right away then you will be a little disappointed. It turns out that there is not a drying cycle on this dishwasher. You have to set it on a very hot rinsing cycle and then the door pops open and you have to wait for basically an air dry. Luckily, we are retired and have time to towel dry them and they come out perfect. Honestly. if we would have done better research, we probably would have picked a different model. But as far as the dishes coming out clean, it is a great choice.

I bought this three months ago. The first thing that I noticed was how quiet it is when running. I do like the cutlery rack at the top. It frees up space on the bottom rack. You expect dishes to come out clean, and they do.

I have had my dishwasher for about a year now and I love it. It is quieter than any dishwasher I have ever had. I love the quick wash feature! It does a great job and is the feature I use most. I have run it almost every night and have had no issues.

I purchased this after not owning a dishwasher for 4 years to teach our children and had read mixed reviews. I'm delighted by how quiet it is while we are still hovering around in the kitchen having conversations and such. I've let a load sit for an entire week and used the storm wash feature to still have completely clean dishes, nothing left caked on. I will mention we rinse our dishes, but the little ones do not always follow suit. I have a family of 4 and we have plenty of space and can even place all the cooking and baking ware in without doubt of them getting completely clean.

Had the dishwasher for few and it is fairly quiet and does a good job on cleaning dishes. One feature which saved me form headache is the leak detection. The supply faucet was not connected properly and had a small leak. Couple of days after installation the dishwasher started giving LC (leak detected) error. Without this feature the leak may have gone few months before being detected and causing further damage.

I have has this dishwasher for 9 months and I love it. It cleans beautifully and quickly ( 1 hr). I love the space the 3rd rack gives you for silverware since it frees up dishwasher space. My silverware sparkles.. It's, so far, the best one I've had!

We purchased this for a kitchen remodel. Due to the delay in shipping with other brands we decided on this model. There were some features that we compromised on due to shipping delays. We wish this had a larger 3rd drawer. The unit is extremely quite and that is a feature I do love. It is tricky to load all my dishes efficiently. I have noticed some items do not clean thoroughly if overloaded. Overall this is a good purchase.

this unit will leave plastic dishes soaking wet. you'll spend spend hours drying them by hand. on a high end, over $1000 dishwasher, you can do better for half the price. cs sends links that are irrelevant because you use plastic dishes for your kids. where we bought our unit from, it did not state that it had trouble drying plastic. but go to the samsung website for product support - it says that their condensing drying technology "doesn't work as well with plastic dishes or containers." their nylon racks also retain moisture that drips on your dishes. cs told my wife to put 2 beach towels after every washing cycle in the dishwasher for the lower & upper racks to absorb moisture during the drying cycle. the 5 star reviews happen to be people that got incentives.

had dishwasher 4 months, started leaking and had a piece of tape hanging out the bottom of door. repair came out they said installed incorrectly, the door doesn't rub anything and tape was coming from inside the door. Water still leaks for last 4 months found water stain in tray underneath, still leaks from door, technician replaced door seal, still leaks, samsung says needs new door but won't cover warranty! spent hours on phone and repair visits. I'm extremely disappointed in product and Samsung!!

This is our second StormWash at 42dBA, we bought one during the pandemic and loved it. When we moved there was a great fairly new dishwasher (non samsung) but we were so spoiled by this one we had to replace it and get our quiet back. We love the rack up top for cleaning silverware, small tools, and knives. One of the features that I thought was strange at first but helps in energy saving is that the door pops open after cleaning to air dry a bit. You don't have cups or dishes with water that pools on top and you always know if the dishes are clean. It's weird to say you have a favorite dishwasher but I guess I'm officially old now.

We purchased this dishwasher after our previous Samsung didn't work. This dishwasher is very quiet. Sometimes you wonder if it is actually running. It has all the features you really need for a dishwasher. This dishwasher is not smart, but at the end of the day does someone really need a dishwasher to be smart? We had a smart one but it just told us what we could have easily found out ourselves. Our very first dishwasher was not Samsung and seemed like it didn't take as long as the Samsung dishwashers take to wash the dishes. The dishes get very clean and dry. Make sure you put in rinse aid, that helps a lot. I love the option that it opens the door to do a better job of drying. We like it so far.

after 2 months use it quit working. sometimes the water wouldnt run, sometimes only a partial
cycle run and it wouldnt drain. requesting warranty work was easy and the repair person was very helpful. now, 9 months later, the door will not pop open for the drying cycle. and yes, i checked to make sure the setting was turned on. the machine is out of manufacturer's warranty. when it worked i loved it, but for $999 this dishwasher is a total rip off.

after 2 hours and 10 minutes on the phone with samsung a ticket was issues for an 'authorized samsung technician' to check the unit.
authorized samsung technician' determined that the unit was not a new unit! it was missing parts-door gasket, screws and parts were broken!

I bought this dishwasher last month and the first time I used it I was amazed. I usually didn't use my old dishwasher that much as it didn't do the best job, but this one gets it done. When it's running, you wouldn't even know until you hear the water drain. I love my new dishwasher and I'm back to using one.

This Dishwasher is so good.
You can be standing right next to it and not even know its on. Dishes come out sparking clean. Love this Dishwasher! I really like the third rack and how the middle rack is adjustable to accommodate all types of glasses, from big coffee cups to wine glasses.

The first time setup/testing is amazing, easily run the diagnostic command to see if everything is functioning right off the bat.
I wish the buttons were on the front panel of the door instead of the top panel because my counter overhang covers up the touchpanel and makes it difficult to press. Operation of the StormWash is amazingly quiet, I can barely hear it washing at full blast. A negative point I can say is that it took 3-4 complete cycles to "break in" to where it would wash dishes without issues. Im not sure if this is by design or just a flaw of some sort. After the initial few runs we have had zero issues.
I do not like the top 3rd pull rack for silverware, its needless. Very few people will take the time to line up each individual spoon or fork to use this. It just takes up space from the other two racks. I love that the main two racks, especially the bottom rack has fold down pins. This is so easy to fold down to avoid a break or bend in the pins by bulky items.
One final oversight I feel is the lack of Drying. The dishwasher will automatically open at the end of the cycle instead of a heated dry which is annoying and leaves dishes still wet even with use of Drying liquid.
Overall I this this is a good dishwasher, especially if you have noise concerns. There are a few nick-picking things I dont like but they are very small in comparison to the good.

The new StormWash dishwasher is spacious and it works great. I was very impressed with the low level of noise. It has a lot more space than the previous dishwasher that I owned, which means I can put more dirty dishes in it, especially my wine glasses they come out clean and spotless. I love the fingerprint resistant finish because it doesn't get easily dirty. I didn't know about The AutoRelease™ Door Drying that releases steam for more efficient drying, which is great but when that happend I thought it was something wrong with the dishwasher. Another thing that I love about this dishwasher is that I can leave the dishes inside for a couple of days and they don't smell. The StormeWash dishwasher is super easy to use and is definitely better than the one that I owned. I am in love with it.

I'm really enjoying my new Samsung! It's a big upgrade from my old twist dial dishwasher with lots of features. My first impression is just how thrilled I am to have a modern dishwasher. It looks really good. There's a lot of space on the inside and it feels twice as big. The shelves have a lot of adjustments and the top tray for silverware is really nice. In fact, the top row is why I purchased it after seeing a similar dishwasher at a family member's house. The dishwasher is sooooo quiet that I can only tell it is running when I hear it draining through the sink. I have only had the dishwasher for several weeks, but in that time I have zero complaints. I only have praise as it does everything much better than my old dishwasher!

The Samsung DW80R706 is quite innovative in every aspect. The first thing you notice is that it has 3 racks, the tip one is for silverware, this top rack is fully removable in case added room is needed, however I don't see there would be a need because the middle rack has two side levers for height adjustment, on the middle rack one can also adapt the rack to fit different types of glassware. The bottom rack as usual is roomy for your bigger items. Both bottom and middle rack have their own spinning nozzles. So there's no chance that the load won't get washed properly. My favorite feature is the storm wash, this gets your extra dirty dishes the extra power needed to remove every bit of it.
Overall this a well designed appliance, very sleek and supper quiet. Well worth the investment.

1. The all stainless steel body looks great and nothing sticks to the body even if it does you can wipe it out
2. It is the Quietest Dishwasher you won't even know when it's running no loud noises or vibrations
3.The multiple wash options are great to choose as per the needs whatever the cycle I choose every time it gave great results
