For the purposes of this promotional offer, eligible LG branded products refers to new in-box appliances. Open box items and display units are not eligible for the ThinQ® program. To qualify for this program offer consumers must complete the Claim Process within 60 days from the purchase date. Claim Process for Extended Limited Warranty: 1- Purchase eligible product(s) during the program period starting April 3, 2025 through December 31, 2025 2- Download and create an account using the LG ThinQ® app 3- Connect product to Wi-Fi 4- After completing the device connection on the ThinQ® app, tap the "Claim Now" button on the pop-up 5- Enter the required purchase information (purchase date and place purchased) for product registration and upload proof of purchase 6- Complete the full claim process described above within 60 days from the purchase date 7- Once validated, your warranty information will be extended by one year from the end date of the original 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty and reflected in the ThinQ® app within 14 working days Registration for the extended 1-year limited warranty must be completed within 60 days from the purchase date. Omission of the sales receipt or other requested information (i.e., serial numbers) may delay or stop the processing of this promotional offer. No group or organization requests will be honored. Requests for fulfillment to PO Boxes will not be accepted. Purchased products must not be returned or else warranty reward will be subject to forfeiture.
